We have our final meeting with the NM Public Education Commission on September 26 at 9 am. This meeting will determine whether our application is approved or not.

The New Mexico Public Education Committee will be holding a community input hearing on the establishment of DEAP. We need your support and presence at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you can submit letters of support to Linda Olivas at Linda.Olivas@state.nm.us and request a receipt. Please spread the word to any community members that might be interested!  agenda for hearing: We will be holding a community meeting on August 4, 2014 at Red Lake Chapter. Dinner will be provided at 4 pm. Please share your input on DEAP's progress so far.
COMMUNITY HEARING NMPEC will be visiting the Red Lake Chapter on August 18 from 10 am - 12 pm to hear the community's voice regarding DEAP. The hearing is open to the public. We invite all those interested to attend. If you are unable to attend and would like to submit a letter expressing your feelings regarding DEAP, please contact us. We look forward to hearing your voices!
 DEAP's planning team have submitted the charter school application to the NMPED. We are very excited to continue this journey of bringing innovative and responsive learning into our community.
